We process information to:
-
Provide & operate the Services (accounts, pipelines, tickets, repairs, inventory, domains/DNS, hosting workflows).

4) Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies for:
-
Essential (authentication, security, load balancing),
-
Functional (preferences, features),
-
Analytics (usage measurement, diagnostics),
-
Advertising (only with consent).
Stripe may set essential cookies/local storage to enable secure payment flows, fraud prevention, and 3‑D Secure (3DS).
Your choices: manage preferences via our Cookie Settings; use browser controls (may limit functionality). We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where applicable for targeted‑ad opt‑outs; we do not respond to legacy Do Not Track.
5) How We Disclose Information
We disclose information to:
-
Service Providers/Processors: hosting, storage/backup, email/SMS/calling, analytics, error logging, support tools, and Stripe for payments—only as needed to perform services for us.
-
Stripe (Payments): We share billing and transaction details (e.g., name, email, IP, device info, billing address, amounts, tax, limited card metadata). We do not receive or store full card numbers or CVC. Stripe may act as an independent controller for fraud prevention, sanctions/AML, and regulatory compliance, and as our processor for transaction execution. See Stripe’s privacy policy for details.
-
Third‑Party Integrations you connect: when you enable them, those providers typically act as separate controllers under their policies.
-
Telecom & Delivery Partners: carriers/aggregators for messaging/calling.
-
Domain Registrars/WHOIS: for domain registration/transfer/management (subject to ICANN/registry rules).
-
Business Transfers: mergers, acquisitions, financing, or sale of assets.
-
Legal & Safety: to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights/safety.
-
Aggregated/De‑identified: insights that do not reasonably identify you.
We do not sell personal information for money. Where “share” includes cross‑context behavioral advertising under certain U.S. laws, we only engage in such sharing if marketing cookies are enabled; you can opt out via Cookie Settings or GPC.
6) Your Choices
-
Marketing Opt‑Out: unsubscribe links in emails; reply STOP to SMS (carrier rates may apply).
-
Cookies: adjust preferences via Cookie Settings.
-
Permissions: manage roles and retention in your account.
-
Payments: choose whether to store payment methods for reuse (where supported).
7) Data Retention
We retain personal information as needed to provide the Services, comply with law, and protect our rights. Illustrative periods:
-
Account & Billing: life of account + up to 24 months;
-
CRM Records & Tickets: until you delete; backups 30–90 days (rolling);
-
Device Intake/Repair Data: generally up to 5 years (or as required by law/warranty);
-
Logs/Telemetry: 12–18 months;
-
Backups: rolling 30–90 days.
Stripe may retain transaction data per its own legal obligations.
8) Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, network segmentation). Stripe maintains PCI‑DSS compliance for card processing. We do not store raw card numbers or CVC. No system is 100% secure—use strong passwords, enable MFA, and configure roles/permissions appropriately. We will notify you of data incidents as required by law and our agreements.
9) International Data Transfers
We—and Stripe—may transfer, store, and process information in countries other than where it was collected. Where required, we (and Stripe) rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and implement additional measures as appropriate.
10) Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access/know, correct/update, delete, port, restrict/object, withdraw consent, opt out of targeted advertising/“sale”/profiling (where applicable), and appeal a denial.
Submit requests to support@primusgen.com. We may need to verify identity and, for CRM data, confirm admin authority or individual identity. For processing by Stripe (e.g., fraud prevention where Stripe acts as controller), please consult Stripe’s privacy policy and submit requests to Stripe.
11) Children’s Privacy
The Services are for business use and not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children as defined by applicable law. If you believe a child provided information, contact support@primusgen.com.
12) Roles: Controller vs. Processor; DPA
-
For User Data in the CRM, you are the controller/business and PrimusGen is your processor/service provider (processing per your instructions).
-
For our own operations (accounts, billing, security, analytics, marketing), PrimusGen is an independent controller.
-
Stripe acts as our processor for transaction execution and an independent controller for certain activities (e.g., fraud prevention, AML, regulatory compliance).
Need a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) with us? Contact support@primusgen.com.
13) Third‑Party Services
Your use of third‑party services (e.g., Stripe, registrars, hosts, payment gateways, email/SMS providers, analytics, app integrations) is governed by their terms and privacy policies. Review them carefully—especially for any integrations you connect.
